Building SMART Police with Technology



The Prime Minister of India shared his vision for SMART Police – police which should be Strict and sensitive, Modern and mobile, Alert and Accountable, Reliable and responsible, Techno-savvy and trained. Technology is a key enabler when it comes to bringing reforms in Policing in India. Governance Now, India's premier publication on public policy and governance is organising India Police Summit and Awards on 29th October 2020. The objective of the summit is to focus on reforms with Technological scaling-up.
