The Govt. of India have launched a wide ranging and supplementary programmes for transforming the lives of citizens including the Aadhaar, Digi Locker, Bharat Bill Payment System, mobile apps of various services, E-Sampark (Vernacular E-mail service), E-Commerce, E-Office system in the Govt. of India offices, to name a few. Direct Benefit Transfer scheme is one example as how digital transfer of subsidies has ensured that the benefits reach to the beneficiary without pilferage or siphoning off of funds by middlemen.

We have created e-PMS portal which facilitates the Scientists and Researchers of the country to submit their Project Proposals for various Schemes of Department of Science and Technology. The portal also provides facility to track the status of the submitted Project Proposals.
